As someone coming from a divination background in astrology and tarot, I had never taken a strictly “magic”-focused course before this and, frankly, I was blown away! The process outlined by Amaya and Damien to get to the core of your desires with the spirit journeying framework they created, navigating the 3 realms, was the first time I had ever considered this concept outside of purely academic ruminating on the translation of the Platonic “Ideal” to the real world. The audio tracks that draw you into the meditative state required to move through these realms and thus manifest your will in the world were deeply effective in inducing trance and were accompanied by a state of semi-euphoria, at least in my experience. Aside from the sheer wonder I felt when exploring the meditations, I also had real, shockingly literal, and QUICK results from the candle magic I worked during this course - namely calling a specific amount of money to me from a specific source. I still can’t quite believe how simple it was and how well it worked!

This course covers but goes beyond the mechanical details of what color and which oils and provides a metaphysical framework for really understanding how candle magic works, as well as the inner practices for focusing intent and calling up power through the working. This course is great for folks newer to magic but looking for the deeper how and why that simple spell recipes don't often provide. Damien and Amaya deliver clear, succinct instruction, and they both have such dulcet voices!

This class was the opposite of that. It is so clear, step-by-step, explains the why and the how, and the magic is powerful and the tools are flexible. The Eternal Flame class with Amaya and Damien is the most approachable and practical magic class I’ve taken to date. There is also an accessibility to it — the lessons with audio + write ups to follow along with are so helpful! The course material helped me streamline some existing practices for stronger connections and more compelling results.
